  📜 कविता परिचय:

"देखते ही देखते" एक भावनात्मक झरोखा है, जो रोज़मर्रा के जीवन के उस सुकूनभरे पल को दर्शाता है जहाँ एक थका-हारा इंसान घर लौटता है और अपनों की मुस्कान, बच्चों की आहट, और जीवन साथी की आवाज़ उसे फिर से जीने की वजह देती है।

🌇 दिन की थकान के बाद घर की रौनक एक नई ऊर्जा भर देती है।

🧒 बच्चे, 👩‍❤️‍👨 परिवार, और 🌙 चाँदनी—इन सब के बीच इस कविता में प्यार, अपनापन, और घर की मिठास छलकती है।

✨ यह कविता एक छोटा सा एहसास है… पर दिल के बहुत पास।

दैनिक जीवन की बदलते वक्त और गतिविधियाँ

सूरज निकला तो ,

नींद खुल गया,

जितने सारे अरमा थे

सब मचल गया ।

इतनी हड़बारने की जरूरत क्यों पड़ी,

प्लेटफार्म पे गया तो ,

गाड़ी निकल गया ।

देखते ही देखते सूरज चढ़ गया,

ट्रेन में बैठा और सोचते रह गया।

हरबराहट के चक्कर में ,

क्या-क्या छूट गया ।

घर से निकला तो,

क्या भूल गया ।

नाश्ता छुट्टी कलम छुट्टी ,

आई कार्ड मिल गया ।

बैग देखा तो,

हैरत में पड़ गया ।

देर होते होते वक्त बदल गया ,

ऑफिस पहुंचा तो,

बॉस मचल गया ।

कॉलीग के बीच गया तो,

जिंदगी संभल गया ।

देखते ही देखते,

वक्त बदल गया ।

शाम हुई सूरज ढली,

फिर बदली नजारे ।

ऑफिस से निकला तो,

जुगनू चमक गया ।

भाग-दौड़ की रेस में,

कोई पीछे छूट गया ।

जिनके साथ चला था,

वो आगे निकल गया ।

देखते ही देखते

सूरज ढल गया।

घर गया तो देखा ,

रौनक बदल गया।

बच्चों की आहट पे,

चौखट मुस्कुराई ।

एक हल्की दबी आवाज आई ,

और पत्नी मुझे बुलाई।

हैरत से देख रहा था मैं,

और चांद निकल गया ।

देखते ही देखते

घर  सज गया ।

चलते फिरते यारों ,

वक्त बदल गया ।

सूरज निकला तो

नींद खुल गया ,

जितने सारे अरमा थे,

सब मचल गया ।

🌅 सुबह: नई शुरुआत

उत्साह और उम्मीद – दिन की शुरुआत उम्मीदों और नए अरमानों के साथ होती है, जो जीवन में सकारात्मकता लाता है।

🏃‍♂️ दोपहर: भाग-दौड़ और तनाव

जल्दबाजी और हड़बड़ाहट – ऑफिस या ट्रेन पकड़ने की जल्दी में मानसिक दबाव बनता है।

निराशा और पछतावा – छोटी-छोटी भूलें दिनभर का मूड बिगाड़ सकती हैं, लेकिन यही मानव स्वभाव है।

🧑‍💼 कामकाजी जीवन

संतोष और सुकून – दिनभर के परिश्रम के बाद कार्यस्थल पर आत्मसंतोष मिलता है, खासकर जब सहकर्मी साथ हों।

🏠 शाम: घर की ओर वापसी

प्रेम और अपनापन – दिन के अंत में परिवार के साथ मिलने पर जो अपनापन और प्रेम महसूस होता है, वही असली शांति है।

🌀 जीवन दर्शन

जीवन की दौड़ – हर कोई इस दौड़ में कहीं न कहीं है; कोई पीछे छूटता है तो कोई आगे निकलता है।

परिवर्तन और स्वीकार्यता – यही जीवन का नियम है: परिवर्तन और उसे अपनाना।

🎙️ Poem: Changing Times and Activities of Daily Life

When the sun rises,
Sleep fades away,
All the dreams I held —
Stir and sway.

Why this rush and hurry?
At the platform,
The train departs in a flurry.

Before I know it, the sun climbs high,
Sitting in the train, I just wonder why.

👉In this chaos of haste,
What all did I leave behind in my race?

Stepping out of home,
What did I forget to embrace?

Skipping breakfast, missing the pen,
Even the ID card’s got lost again!

Looking at my bag,
I’m shocked in dismay.

As time passed, the day changed,
Reaching office, the boss is on edge.

Among colleagues,
Life settles, my mind is led.

👍Before I realize,
Time has fled.

Evening falls, the sun dips low,
Changing scenes as shadows grow.

Leaving office, fireflies glow bright,

In this race of life,
Someone falls behind, someone takes flight.

Watching, the sun sets away,
Returning home, the warmth here stays.

At the children’s sound,
The doorway smiles with cheer.

A soft, quiet voice calls me near —
My wife beckons me with love sincere.

Staring in wonder,
The moon rises clear.

Before I know it,
The home is calm and bright.
